Suggested Use

D3 & K2 Vitamin: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule per day. You may want to take all your capsules with your first meal. However, it is not absolutely necessary to take this product with a meal because of the addition of medium-chain triglycerides and bile salts.

Friendly Bacteria Probiotic Liquid: Adults and children 12 and up: mix 1 Tbsp with water, yogurt or kefir daily (before bed). Children 2 to 12: mix 1 tsp with water or a favorite beverage daily (before bed).

Trace Minerals Enhanced: As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule once or twice a day with or without food.
